In May 2019 Singing Beans took hands with Tshega’s BASADI Skills Program. One of the main reasons was for the fact that we wanted to get involved with their work in Fobeni Village. And now we had the opportunity to do this through something we love…coffee! The Basadi program focus on upliftment work amongst the vulnerable women from Fobeni Village. These women create beautiful hand-crafted products that are displayed and sold across the region and in the Kruger National Park. Except for the fact that the Basadi skills program has an enormous impact on the lives of these women, they also have a track record of high quality products and a passion to succeed.
